Samsung is expected to unveil its flagship smartphone 2022 within the month of February. According to trusted tipster Max Jambor, the Galaxy Tab S8 lineup will be launched together with S22. S22 series. The news was reported recently by a South Korean publication that Samsung will host the following Galaxy Unpacked event on February 8 to unveil its Galaxy S22 lineup.
Therefore, it is likely that it will be a massive unveiling event that will witness the debut of Samsung’s top-of-the-line tablets and smartphones. It is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 lineup comprises three models, namely Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8+ Tab S8 Ultra, and Tab S8 Ultra.
Samsung has yet to send invitations to the official launch event. However, if the leak of the date is accurate it is expected that the company will announce the launch date within of the next 10 days. A recent report from WinFuture has provided important details for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8 Plus, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra.
The basic Galaxy Tab S8 is said to have 11-inches LTPS TFT display that has the resolution of 2,560 pixels by 1,500 pixels. Its successor, the Galaxy Tab S8+ will be reportedly sporting an 12.7-inch AMOLED display that has 2,800 x 1,752 pixels as well as 120Hz refresh rate. Its Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is reported to have the 14.6-inch super AMOLED display that has 2,960 x 1,848 pixel resolution and 120Hz refresh rate as well as the A notch.
Samsung will launch its Galaxy Tab S8 and S8+ in variants with 8GB RAM with 128GB and 256GB storage. Its Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, however will be available in 16GB or 8GB RAM versions with 128GB or 128GB of storage.
Tab S8 Ultra Tab S8 Ultra’s display has an edge that houses the front and back cameras. Tab S8 and S8+ Tab S8 along with the S8+ will come with the front camera of 12-megapixels. The three tablets come with the 12-megapixel and 6-megapixel (ultrawide) dual camera system.
The most recent Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Generation 1 processor powers Tab S8 series. Tab S8 series, and the three tablets are powered by 1090mAh battery, 8,000mAh and 11,200mAh battery with the capability of fast charging at 45W.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 will be available in the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 lineup will run Android 12 OS, which will be overlayed on top of One UI 4.1. The devices will come with additional features, including 5G Wi-Fi 6, USB-C port, S Pen, wireless DeX as well as fingerprint scanners.
